That whole menu looks good. Usually I can pick a favorite item but with this one it's hard to do that. Those Ricotta corn cakes should be tasty. I've never had them but they always look good.

With the bruschetta the person who is eating gets more ingredients, so it offers an advantage to people who like lots of vegetables and flavor combinations in each dish.

Everything looks so good that it should be an option for customers to combine elements from each option. Some restaurants do this, and customers just pay a little more.
